I'm glad to see "I take part in informal conversation." was taught in school. I'm guessing that's why later in high school I got a "disrupts others by talking" comment.
I'm also proud of my good marks in "I use my handkerchief properly," "I keep materials out of my mouth," and "I keep reasonably neat and clean."
Two things stick out on this page: (1) I must have gotten "senior-itis" in the fourth quarter--6 absences, and I didn't get chicken pox until first grade, and (2) My mom signed my report card "Mrs. Hubert Schrader"--times have changed.
